Return & Refund Policy

Given that most of our products are made just for you, personalized with original designs, returns (or refunds) due to the size of the product, change of your mind or any other reason different from defective products will not be possible. However, any claim for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense, it means we will deliver the same product free of charge or we will fully refund you, depending on your choice.

Your claim must be no later than 30 days after the product has been received or the estimated delivered date, depending on the issue.

If the issue is due to a misprinted/damaged/defective product, then it is important to take pictures of the misprinted/damaged/defective product when you open the delivery package to make effective the warranty of the product. You must provide those pictures (in good quality) and all the key information about your purchase (order number, product, your contact information, etc.) when you submit the claim.

The return address is set in the packaging label that you receive, so it is important to keep on hand this return address in case you need it. If you use a different address as the return address, you will become responsible, and we will be unable to cover the lost.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. If this is the case, then you will have to assume the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will have to stand for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).

Other Considerations: We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

 

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
